The Handbook of Polish, Czech, and Slovak Holocaust Fiction has been published

The Handbook of Polish, Czech, and Slovak Holocaust Fiction. has been published June 21st, 2021.

The publication is the result of a long-term scholarly cooperation between Universities in Czechia, Germany, Poland and Slovakia. Members of the Centre of the Study of Holocaust and Jewish Literature have contributed articles and also co-edited the publication.

It is the first encyclopedic work of its kind to represent in English the literary production of Holocaust fiction literature written in Czech, Polish and Slovak languages. The Handbook contains over 100 entries by approx. 30 contributors.

This book was financially supported by Claims Conference, Czech-German Future Fund, Foundation for Holocaust Victims, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Szkoła nauk o Języku i Literaturze), Prague Centre for Jewish Studies, and Department of Czech Literature and Comparative Literature.
